Recommended settings by the manufacturer 180-185C for 55-60 sec.
For better results put the cover under the heated press without closing it /without touching the box/ for a while to dry it out, then flip it to dry out the other side, take it out to cool down a bit and then press. 
Pressing settings are only a guide and may vary depending on the press, paper and ink used.
