Remove the protective film before printing
Recommended settings by the manufacturer 185-190C for 80-90 sec. Preheat for 5-10 sec to warm up the metal
Pressing settings are only a guide and may vary depending on the press, paper and ink used.
To bend it you will need some support /the end of a table,  a stair step, a bottle, your leg etc./ and you may put something under like a towel to avoid scratching
