Sublimate on the outer side - you can find it when trying to bend the sheet, it bends properly only one direction, also check the 2 snaps at the end keeping them on top and holding the sheet vertical, when the longer ones is on the right that's the outer side
Recommended settings by the manufacturer 190C for 60 sec.
It is recommended after printing to flatten under something heavy for 10-20 seconds, then remove the paper and rub with a wet wipe
Pressing settings are only a guide and may vary depending on the press, paper and ink used.
